Personalised Pet Christmas Decorations for Dogs, Cats and More

On Christmas morning the dog gets a new toy, the cat gets the wrapping paper and the guinea pig gets an extra carrot. They're part of the family, so they should have a spot on the tree too.

Our personalised pet Christmas decorations are made in our Scottish workshop, where we've been handmaking gifts since 2014. There's a paw print bauble and three bones for the dog, a mirrored paw print for dogs and cats in eight colours, and oak baubles for pugs, guinea pigs, rabbits and hamsters. Most are 8 to 11cm and they cost £5 to £6.50 each. They're all part of our tree decoration multi-buy, so the dog can join the rest of the family on the tree for less.

Almost everyone puts just the pet's name on, one word, like Pippin, Pepper or Waffle. Type it in the name box and we'll make it exactly as you type it, so do check the spelling. Two pets? Order one each, so nobody's left out.

Personalised dog Christmas decorations

Over the years, this dog bauble has been one of our two best selling pet decorations. The personalised dog Christmas decoration is a clear acrylic bauble with your dog's name in white lettering, surrounded by little snowflakes and two paw prints. It's 4mm clear acrylic, about 10cm high, and comes on a red ribbon, ready to hang. It costs £5.95.

For the dog who lives for a chew, our dog bone Christmas decoration has your dog's name engraved across a bone shape. It was our best selling pet decoration last Christmas, its first full season. It's about 10cm and costs £5. Willow, Biscuit or Captain Fluffington, there's room for most names.

New this year are two more bones, both with a little heart cut out of each end. Our oak dog bone has your dog's name cut from gold mirror acrylic in a flowing script and raised on top (up to 10 characters, £6.50). The mirror acrylic dog bone comes in gold or silver, with the name engraved across the middle (£6).

A paw print decoration for dogs and cats

The paw print doesn't say dog or cat, so it suits any pet. Our mirrored paw print Christmas decoration has a paw print inside a bauble ring, with the name in a curly script underneath. The mirrored acrylic shines when the tree lights are on. Choose from eight colours: silver, gold, rose gold, pink, red, purple, blue and teal. It's about 11cm high, comes with a ribbon and costs £6. Lexi could have gold and Dexter red, so everyone knows whose is whose.

Guinea pig, rabbit, hamster and pug baubles

New this year, our oak pet baubles give the smaller members of the family a place on the tree. Each one is laser cut and engraved from 4mm oak veneer, about 8.5cm high, with your pet's name underneath (up to 12 characters) and a red ribbon to hang it. They're £5.50 each, and the natural wood grain makes every one a little different.

Guinea pigs nearly always come in pairs, so Peanut and Biscuit can have one each. The guinea pig bauble comes in two designs: a round guinea pig sitting face on, or a long-haired guinea pig. The rabbit bauble has three, including a bunny in a hoodie and a lop-eared bunny, and the hamster bauble has five, including a hamster in a Santa hat. For dogs, the pug bauble comes as a sitting pug or a big wrinkly pug face.

For hamsters we also make a personalised oak hamster cage name sign (£5.95) that ties onto the bars of the cage. It isn't a tree decoration, so it isn't part of the multi-buy.

Gifts from the dog: stocking fillers and Secret Santa for pet lovers

A present from the dog. The dog can't wrap presents, but someone can do it for them. A decoration "from Bonnie" with her name on it is sure to raise a smile when Mum or Grandad opens it.

For the dog walker, groomer or pet sitter. The people who look after your pet all year deserve a thank you. Give them the dog bauble with your dog's name on, so they know exactly who it's from.

Secret Santa and stocking fillers. Find out the dog's name and you've got a present a pet lover will keep for years, for £6.50 or less.

Mix and match multi-buy: add the pets to the family's decorations

Lots of our customers order a decoration for everyone in the family and add one for the dog. Until 24 December, any of our personalised Christmas tree decorations can be mixed and matched: 2 for 10% off, 3 for 15% off and 4 or more for 20% off. It comes off automatically in your basket, with no code.

So if Mum, Dad and Ella each have a cute reindeer face (£5.50 each) and you add a guinea pig bauble for Pippin (£5.50), that's four decorations for £22.00, and with 20% off you pay £17.60. Two guinea pig baubles on their own get 10% off.

New puppies and much-missed pets

The first Christmas with a new puppy or kitten is one you'll want to remember. A paw print with their name goes on the tree this year and comes back out with the decorations every year after, long after they've stopped chewing the tinsel.

Christmas can also be hard when a much-loved pet is no longer here. A paw print with their name keeps them on the tree, a small, gentle way to remember them each year. The mirrored paw print and our oak pet baubles both work well for this. If you're also missing a person this Christmas, our memorial Christmas tree decorations post has more ideas.

Ordering in time for Christmas

Pet decorations start coming in at the end of September and November is our busiest month for them. If yours is going in the post to a friend, or into a card for the dog walker, allow a few extra days for it to reach you first.

Every decoration is made to order and dispatched in 2 to 5 working days, and Royal Mail or Evri usually take 2 to 3 working days after that. UK delivery is free on orders over £20. The last order date for delivery before Christmas is Monday 14 December, but please don't leave it that late. You'll find all our pet pieces in our personalised pet gifts collection, and more ideas on our personalised Christmas gifts page.
