Do I have to think of all the reasons myself?
No pressure. Most people find the first few come easily and the rest follow once they start. Big things and tiny things both count, and the small ones are usually the favourites. Five to get you going:

Can I return a personalised item?
Yes, within 30 days. Because personalised pieces are made specially for you we can’t take one back simply because you’ve changed your mind, but if something’s wrong, it arrives damaged, or we’ve made a mistake, message us and we’ll put it right or remake it free.
